The experience trial runs for 28 days, with just 5 check points for your client to fill in the simple questionnaire. It is designed for maximum ease-of-use for both veterinarians and pet owners. Surveys need to be completed on day 0, day 7, day 14, day 21 and the last survey completed on day 28. First, you will need to register by creating a username and password on The Antinol® Pet Mobility Experience Trial website. You will then be able to log in and see your client’s progress at any time.
We ask that you please enroll 10 patients from your clinic – specifically dogs and cats with osteoarthritis, inflammation and joint discomfort and pre and post-operative injuries.
All inputs will be done by the client. We will send them an email with a link to the survey page that relates to them, be it for day 0, 7, 14, 21 or 28. Please instruct the client to click on the link and fill in online. It is very simple and easy to use and should not take longer than a few minutes to complete. A sliding scale survey consists of 11 questions for dogs, 21 questions for cats to be answered on a scale of 0-10 that is selected by the owner. Every time the pet owner updates their survey data, you will be able to keep track of their progress from your account. Clients that have forgotten to fill in the data will be sent a gentle reminder via email.
Please remember that it is important that the patient double the standard softgel for the first 2 weeks. Taking the instructions for use into accounts clients will have enough product to fully complete the day 7, day 14, day 21 and final day 28. You are receiving 15 packs of Antinol® for the trial. Each pack contains 60 capsules. Each of the 10 patients you are enrolling in the trials is to receive 1-2 packs each. This means that there will be product left over for the patients to continue the product once the trial has been completed. Animals < 40 pounds = 1 soft gel, > 40 pounds = 1-2 soft gels; Large dogs will require 2-60 count packs. If the owner wishes to purchase more Antinol® after the trial, they’ll be able to purchase Antinol® from you/Veterinarian.
You are also receiving 15 FAQ brochures. Please read the FAQ brochure as this should answer any questions that you might have. You can then share these brochures with your 10 clients to assist in answering any questions that they may have.
